What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the name, email address, and (optionally) the website address you give us.

Like most websites, we also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics: the pages and sections you view, buttons you click, your device and browser type, your approximate location (city level), and how you arrived here, including advertising campaign tags if you clicked an ad.

How we use it

We use your contact details to give you early access to Oryn, tell you about the founding offer, and share product updates. We use analytics data to understand how visitors use this page and to measure our marketing.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Who processes it for us

Google Analytics (visitor analytics), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details are kept until you ask us to remove them or until they are no longer needed for launch. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time. Email james@embark-studio.com and we will take care of it promptly. You can also block analytics with standard browser tools or extensions without affecting how this site works.
